Wrestling: Program & Philosophy

For ages 4-12, our Youth Wrestling & Fitness Program is designed to build a strong athletic foundation while keeping kids engaged and excited about learning. We combine gymnastics, calisthenics, wrestling drills, and agility exercises to improve coordination, balance, strength, and flexibilityβ€”all essential components for success in wrestling and other sports. Through structured practices, kids develop gross motor skills, spatial awareness, and body control, helping to prevent injuries and establish lifelong movement proficiency.

Our focus is not just on wrestling technique but also on physical literacyβ€”teaching young athletes how to move efficiently, react quickly, and build the confidence to compete at any level. Drills emphasize movement in all directions, hand-eye coordination, and fundamental wrestling positions. This ensures that whether a child wants to pursue wrestling long-term or use these skills to excel in other sports, they leave the program with an athletic edge.

As they progress, kids are introduced to wrestling basics in a fun, supportive, and structured environment. They’ll learn stance, positioning, takedowns, and escapes, all while developing discipline, focus, and mental resilience. For our Middle School & High School wrestlers, our program transitions into advanced skill development, live drilling, and intensive strength & conditioning. Athletes refine their technique, strategy, and mental toughness, preparing them for high-level competition. With a holistic approach that incorporates wrestling fundamentals, strength training, and mindset coaching, we ensure that every wrestler, regardless of experience level, receives the tools they need to excel on the mat and in life.

Yoga - Meditation

Our yoga program includes Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Each class is followed by a 30-minute meditation session, which is included in the membership. We strongly believe that meditation provides the mental clarity necessary to navigate today's world.
