For ages 4-12, our Youth Wrestling & Fitness Program is designed to build a strong athletic foundation while keeping kids engaged and excited about learning. We combine gymnastics, calisthenics, wrestling drills, and agility exercises to improve coordination, balance, strength, and flexibilityβall essential components for success in wrestling and other sports. Through structured practices, kids develop gross motor skills, spatial awareness, and body control, helping to prevent injuries and establish lifelong movement proficiency.
Our focus is not just on wrestling technique but also on physical literacyβteaching young athletes how to move efficiently, react quickly, and build the confidence to compete at any level. Drills emphasize movement in all directions, hand-eye coordination, and fundamental wrestling positions. As they progress, kids are introduced to wrestling basics in a fun, supportive, and structured environment.
