For ages 9-12, programming focuses on wrestling movement, direction, and precision. Students compete at events to assess skill acquisition. The coach incorporates fun through gamification, emphasizing scoring points and achieving dominant positions. Aggression games are used early to reduce fear and enhance performance.

13-17 years

For ages 13-17, programming intensifies, focusing on precision and competition. Students train rigorously to enhance wrestling skills, aiming to win matches. Competitions assess skill and progress.
